Dreaming with Wanderlist
Wow! It’s been a jam-packed summer with unprecedented demand for travel EVERYWHERE! We’ve been cooped up for so long; we all just needed to get away. But, now that the summer is over and we are returning to our routines, we have some breathing space to dream about where we want to go next, and it’s not too early!
When we make a concerted effort to plan our travel, we ensure that we commit the time with our friends and family to make memories and grow together. This proactive planning enables us to tick those bucket list items off instead of letting life get in the way. Have you ever tried collaborating with friends on a trip and had no way to keep track of everyone's input? For example, have you received recommendations for restaurants or a "must-see" in a particular place and then didn't add it to your itinerary or forgot about it?
As an independent advisor for Brownell Travel, and a Virtuoso member, we have access to a super cool planning tool called Wanderlist. Check out my Wanderlists for Sicily and Turkey:
You can explore the site to find new travel ideas, select any destination in the world, and create a List, like a Pinterest board. You then dream of things you would like to do with the help of proposed unique experiences based on where you want to go and your interests. You “love” the activity, hotel, etc., and it is added to your Wanderlist! These lists can be shared with your family, friends, and me as your advisor. Anyone can add ideas, and it becomes a collaborative process, so everyone traveling is involved in the planning experience. Adding links to restaurants, shops, and other things you’d like to see and do is also possible.
If you have a milestone birthday, honeymoon, babymoon, or family vacation to plan now, or if you want to institute a Five Year Travel Plan or a once in a lifetime experience, Wanderlist is the place to store all your travel dreams.
Use this Wanderlist link for inspiration or to create your own dream vacation! Don’t forget to add me so we can share ideas!
